Order Shipment:

Damages:

Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (The Elegant Bar) your findings at support@yourelegantbar.com and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s) or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds:

We will return the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Since we keep our prices so low, every order cancelled after 48 hours is subjected to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable). If the order was shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

Hydra cigar humidifier

I purchased this to help keep a consistent humidity in my humidor,especially during winter months. So far it is doing a great job, very easy to setup and get started. I would definitely recommend this humidifier!

Awesome Product, Great Investment!

Ordered the Remington Lite (black version) and could not be happier. While the unit is a beast, a friend and I were able to get it from the driveway into the house with a furniture dolly. Uncrating it took more time than setting it up. You just fill with distilled water, set the temp and humidity and let it do it’s thing. I was initially concerned over the mismatch with the included digital hygrometer and temp gauges, but I jumped the gun. Give the unit 6 hrs to settle in and it’s likely everything will be just fine. Loaded this up with nearly my entire collection, you can stack 2-3 boxes high on each flat shelf, and plenty more singles or smaller packs on the angled shelves. After a couple days of fighting to get the temp raised, I watched a couple YouTube videos and realized it’s not worth trying to get the perfect temp, it’s all about the humidity. This humidor is a tank! If humidity drops below my 70% target, the unit kicks on and is back in line within minutes. Good price, rock solid product, highly recommended.

Almost Perfect

It is beautiful and elagant. It holds humidity perfectly. Only flaw is the strong glue odor that I cant get rid of. I put a few mini cigars in it after of week and threw them away because they absorbed the fumes. The elegant bar took very good care of me with exchanging it. I am extremely pleased with their service. I did get the same one so I dont know if issue was with mine only.

Great product

Absolutely love this humidor. It’s very heavy and has a great seal. A solid piece of furniture. Came as promised packed very securely and in a crate. Delivery was right on time. It took some tuning and a little work to adjust and calibrate humidity control but after I dialed it in it’s great. It displays my collection really nice especially with the Lille’s lights in the door. I just wish there was a way to customize a little. I would like to add another shelf or 2 and emailed regarding this but never heard back. If there is a way to add additional shelves that would be great. Over all I am very pleased with the product and would highly recommend it to all other cigar geeks.
