Shipping & Returns
After you place the order, we confirm with supplier for the availability of the product. Usually the product would be available and we will submit the order for shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the transaction and inform you via email.
Your order will ship within 5 business days after you places the order with us. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. Feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (The Elegant Bar) your findings at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s) or refund.
