Product good, Customer service bad

The product is good and I can recommend. The customer service, however, is less than stellar. Website says 2-3 wk lead time. Mine took 8 weeks. They sent me an email to confirm my order about a week after I placed the order. I pointed out to them that everything looked good except their sales order did not list the locks that I paid extra to have added. No one contacted me throughout the 8 weeks to let me know the status. After the unit arrived and we uncrated, to my surprise, there were no locks on the unit and there were a couple small issues in the finish. It is honestly hard to say how the small issues occurred, but the sellers try to point the finger at everyone but themselves. I was told the very first day I reached out to the seller about the missing locks that they would be sent out ASAP. Two weeks later I sent another question about the locks and they were finally shipped that very day...I received them 3 weeks after I contacted the company to report them missing for the 3rd time. And I had to install them myself. I was told they would be sent with installation instructions...they were not. When I emailed the company about the missing instructions, they responded they would send a diagram, but still haven't. Please do not pay extra for the locks. They are extremely cheap and pointless and you can buy them on Amazon for $8. As for the small issues and the missing locks, the company has told me they are "deciding" on a resolution...that was almost 3 weeks ago. The title sums it up...product good, customer service bad. When you shell out $3,000+ for a piece of furniture, you expect to receive better customer service than this. Additionally, there was no excuse for the locks not to be installed given the order of events. The product is okay, but I will most certainly not use this company again because of the disappointing customer experience. For niche market products that are higher-end, I would expect much, much better service. If the experience isn't great, it doesn't matter how good the product is.

As advertised

Nice looking, as advertised. Very well packaged. My only very small complaint is with the humidifier sponge thing. It is very cheap and will need to be replaced after a while as it breaks up and crumbles a bit. Shouldn’t be too much of a problem though. Just look for an absorbent sponge type material and cut to fit.
Their customer help line is excellent as well and answer any and all questions usually right away except for weekends. I am very pleased with the product.
