Order Confirmation:

After you place the order, we confirm with supplier for the availability of the product. We keep stock of a lot of the items and you can check the availability with us before ordering as well. Usually the product would be available and we will submit the order for shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the transaction and inform you via email.

Order Shipment:

Your order will ship within 5 business days after you places the order with us. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. Feel free to follow up with us at support@yourelegantbar.com

Shipping Fee:

We offer Free Shipping to orders over $49 to all 48 continental states in US. Anything outside please get a shipping quote before you order the item. We are not responsible for custom fee and brokerage for orders shipping shipping to outside of US. Please contact us if you need the information for custom brokerage.

Damages:

Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (The Elegant Bar) your findings at support@yourelegantbar.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s). Please do not throw the packaging material away as the carrier might have to inspect the shipment to get a claim for damages.

Cancellations & Refunds: 

We will return the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Since we keep our prices so low, every order cancelled after 48 hours is subjected to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable). If the order was shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

You can exchange your order with a similar product within 30 days of the purchase without any restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse and shipping for the replacement product.

No cancellations or returns allowed on custom furniture. Any exceptions will need an approval from The Elegant Bar. 

Price Guarantee Policy:

At The Elegant Bar we work hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• The compeitior must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
