This Humidor is just what I wanted. It is unique looking looking, a bit rustic, and most importantly reused wood. My wife and I purchased this Humidor as a graduation gift for our oldest grandson. It is the perfect gift for him He will like the last feature the most.
He had his first cigar during a particularly tough time in his life. I had picked him up for lunch to have a grandpa chat with him. After lunch we sat in my car to talk over some of his issues. I lit up a cigar and quickly realized he was interested in trying one out. I offered him one of mine. He is such a responsible man that he asked me if he was old enough, and I asked him how old he was. When he told me and I let him know that it was up to him as he was a grown man. A side note my grandfather was the supervisor in Arturo Fuente's factory in Tampa and I smoked my first cigar with him when I got to be old enough.
My grandson enjoyed his first cigar that day. We have shared many cigar smoking days since then and solved issues as they occurred. Sadly I started him out on top end cigars and he now has a Champaign taste and a beer budget. So his Poppa and Peach (that is what he calls his grandmother) have decided it is a crime to give an empty humidor of this quality as a gift and it is soon to be full of top end cigars. I am looking forward to smoking my first cigar out of his humidor soon.
I am so glad that we found such a nice humidor to be his first one.
