The temperature reading is pretty accurate, but the humidity reading on mine is about 9 degrees too low, and that's after adjusting the setting and re calibrating it. Fortunately the humidification system is spot on, and the difference between the two is the afforementioned 9 degrees.
Customer service was the best. My husband is out of the country and happen to see this company and humidor an a website. Between me in the US and husband out of the country, we made the purchase and couldn’t be happier. The Tower Ole English Display is beautiful and looks as if it has always belonged. The Humidor auto fill has been done everything it’s suppose to do.
This fit into our devour.
Again, customer service was the best, he explained all the particulars of each item I was interested in, delivery company was also on time and helped us breakdown all boxes. I couldn’t be happier.
