Digitally Controlled Cigar Humidifier

One of the biggest challenges that cigar aficionados face is keeping the right level of humidity. Walk-in humidors can be difficult to maintain because of unstable temperatures and the huge drop in humidity every time the door is opened. The Cigar Walk-In XL Humidor Humidifier comes with a digital controller that allows you to accurately adjust the humidification inside the walk-in humidor regardless of the climate outside. The included digital controller is used in conjunction with the cigar humidifier to precisely regulate and view current moisture readings.

Two Water Refill Options

The Cigar Walk-In XL Humidor Humidifier is available in two water filling options – manual or automatic. Manual fill means you can simply refill the reservoir with distilled water when necessary. Automatic fill makes life much easier by allowing you to install a water line to the cigar humidifier. A dedicated water line connected to the humidifier helps you save time and maintenance work which is incredibly useful when taking care of walk-in humidors.

To take full advantage of the automatic direct feed, you must purchase a reverse osmosis or RO filtration system that effectively converts mineral-containing water into a pure liquid which works best for the cigar humidifier. The RO water filter effectively gets rid of impurities that promote the growth of mold or bacteria. In case the automatic fill stops working, you can still use the Cigar Walk-In Humidor Humidifier by manually adding distilled water to the reservoir, preventing the cigars from drying out due to downtime.

5-Gallon Water Reservoir

The Walk-In XL Cigar Humidifier can run for months on end with its large water reservoir that stores up to five gallons of distilled water. The large water capacity of this humidor humidifier enables the walk-in humidor to quickly stabilize and reach the optimal humidity level much quicker. The water reservoir also reduces frequent trips to the store just to buy gallons of distilled water.

  • what does it mean "it has to be wicked?"

    Wicks are what absorbs water and release moisture over time or when the fan is on, for consistent flow. The unit comes with the wicks and should always be used with wick in the machine.

  • Does it need to use wick in this?

    Yes, this humidifier requires wicks.

  • How much time I need to receive it after purchase. Living in CT USA

    Hi there.

     

    We should be able to ship this in 2-3 business days after being processed and it would then take 5-6 business days for delivery to CT.

     

  • With the manual fill feature can you use reverse osmosis water from the kitchen tap if I have an RO filter installed or does it have to be distilled?

    Yes, you can use the tap water as long as it is getting filtered using the RO Water filter. 

  • Does this humidifier have an auto shut off function

    Yes, all of our humidifiers have auto turn on and off function.

  • Is this an evaporative or ultrasonic humidifier?

    This unit is an evaporator. All the ultrasonic units we have requires direct water feed.
