Great experience with E Bar and with the humidor itself. Jied was incredibly helpful and communicative in ordering and shipping the item. It arrived on the promised schedule, and was delivered to my home office. Unit was up and running in minutes, and has held temp and humidity within a half a degree ever since. It’s an expensive purchase, but one that I do not regret. Would highly recommend both this unit and E Bar!
The cabinet arrived broken. Contacted the company and they didn't have another one in stock. So we tried to fix it so we can use it before cigars showed up. Their employee said they would send a new sensor for it and never did and no follow-ups have been made on getting a new cabinet or helping in cost of fixing it. Pretty disappointed. Especially when I need another cabinet.

I store over 100 boxes of cigars in it, some of them I've had in it aging for 20 years. The previous humidifiers I've used (and I've tried many) never accurately kept the humidity in it at 70% and filling them regularly was a chore. I live in a high desert area in Northern New Mexico where the average outside humidity is15%. For the first time, I've been able to achieve 69 - 71% and filling it is a breeze.
