1,650 CFM Airflow Two-Speed Air Purifier

This MatrixAir smoke eater sports a robust 1,650 cubic feet per minute (CFM) airflow that enables intense air purification in large rooms and halls. Plus, it offers dual speeds for additional control. A 120-volt, 9.2-amp power cord powers this air cleaner. It also features a three-prong grounded plug for a safe and secure operation.

Triple Air Filtration Process

MatrixAir has devised a three filtering process to safeguard air purification in any large room. This tri-phase air cleaning system offers one of the most excellent methods on the market today. Each layer ensures that every contaminant of any size is captured and purified to maintain the room’s optimum air quality.

• Polyester Pre-Filter

This layer is FlushMount2000’s initial barrier that filters the larger air particles. It is made of high-quality interlocking polyester fibers that virtually remove lint, hair, dust, and pollen in the room. This pre-filter is also crucial in extending the HEPA filter’s life. To maintain its performance, we advise changing it every 3 to 4 weeks.

• Activated Carbon Filter

The carbon filter is the “chemical” layer in the FlushMount2000 smoke eater’s filtering system. The activated carbon layer can quickly eliminate dangerous gases and unpleasant odors by absorbing their molecules. It can also filter Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and other irritants that may cause respiratory illnesses and allergies. We recommend replacing this filter at least every 2 months.

• HEPA Filter

The HEPA is the filtering process’s essential stage to effectively maintain the cleanest ambient air quality. This interlocking maze of fibers effortlessly strains the smallest air particles with a size of 0.3 microns. It is also tested and proven to trap 99.97% of contaminants from smoke, dust mites, spores, mold, ashes, and viruses. Please change this filter at least every 12 months.

• Carbon V-Bank Air Filter

This six-inch filter boasts activated carbon fibers that efficiently trap gaseous compounds and harmful odors in the air. 

• 99.97% HEPA Filter

HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter absorbs ultra-small contaminants in the air. The pleated pattern is designed to eliminate pollen, dust, mold, bacteria, and pollutants invisible to the naked eye.

• UV Light

The optional UV light utilizes ultraviolet C rays intended to keep dangerous bacteria and viruses at bay. This light instantly kills all viruses that cause various diseases and infections.

Suspended Ceiling Installation

The FlushMount2000 commercial smoke eater has a dimension of 46.5” L x 23.75” W x 17” H and weighs 135 pounds. Used for a flushed mount installation type, it requires only 18 inches of ceiling clearance. We recommend that a licensed contractor or electrician install the air purifier for your utmost safety.
