Poly Carbon Capped HEPA Filter

With a coverage area of up to 2,000 square feet, the Airpura I600 home air purifier distributes air at a rate of 560 CFM on maximum with approximately two air exchanges every 30 minutes. 1. Poly Prefilter – Prolongs the life of the main filter, the prefilter traps larger particles like dust, dust mites, pet hair, mold spores, and pollen. This filter can be used repeatedly and cleaned by vacuuming the exterior of the air purifier. It should be replaced every 12 months.
2. True HEPA Filter (Poly Carbon End-Capped) – The I600 air purifier has over 100 square feet of filtration surface with three-inch deep folds. The poly carbon capped HEPA filter captures 99.97% airborne particulates as small as 0.3 microns. This filter is warm rolled to avoid cracking at the folds and prevent leakage. It is also integrated with spacers to keep the folds open and ensure that all surface areas reach their maximum filtration capability. The HEPA filter needs to be changed every 3 to 5 years.
3. Optional Hi-C Carbon Filter – Removes airborne chemicals, noxious gases, and light odors. Depending on usage, this 306 square inches of carbon weave filter should be replaced every 4 to 6 months.
