Silent but Powerful Operation

Featuring a maximum airflow of 1,100 CFM, the Blue OX1100 air cleaner moves more air through the filters to greatly reduce the amount of particulate by as much as 95%. With the strong and highly-efficient straight thru airflow, this industrial air cleaner produces a sound level of only 48 decibels on high settings. The quiet operation with variable speed switch not only consumes less energy but also promotes a peaceful working environment.

The Blue OX1100 air filtration system is equipped with a powerful PSC type 1/4hp direct-drive motor with thermal overload that cuts the power to the motor in case of phase failure. This safety feature provides reliable protection to the smoke eater motor to ensure it works perfectly every time. The Blue OX1100 commercial air cleaner operates at 115V 60Hz single phase, 3.5 amps, and 500 watts power.

Small Footprint

With a cabinet dimension of 44" L x 20" W x 15" H, the Blue OX1100 industrial air cleaner can be easily placed in confined spaces. Its inconspicuous design allows it to blend into any environment and perform its job without any interruptions – to reduce airborne particulates. This heavy-duty smoke eater is constructed of 16-gauge cold-rolled steel that is robust and wear-resistant. It is also finished with chemical resistant powder-coated paint that comes in Brown, Gray, or White color options to fit any commercial spaces or business interiors.

Easy Plug-&-Play Setup

The Blue OX1100 smoke eater can be installed easily and used as a free-hanging air filter unit to clean ambient pollutants (dual L-brackets for wall mounting are sold separately). This air filtration system comes with a 3-prong power cord with a length of 10 feet for easy plug and play setup. Four-way louvers with individually adjustable blades are also included to conveniently direct the discharge of air away from pilot lights on heaters and to help achieve the best airflow pattern for maximum cleaning.

Low Maintenance

The Blue OX 1100 commercial air cleaner comes in a complete package with the included 20” x 15” x 1" 35% pre-filter foam that traps dust and larger particles. Practical and cost-effective, the filter foam can be washed and used several times before needing replacement. In addition, the included 20” x 15” x 24" 95% (ASHRAE) 6-pocket bag filter effectively removes smoke and other sub-micron size particles from the air. The large bag filter not only extends filter life but also takes full advantage of the air cleaner’s effectiveness. To get rid of light odors, optional replacement charcoal filters are sold separately.

As the filters load up with contamination, the airflow volume will decrease over time. That is why it is important to replace the filters to restore the original airflow. The Blue OX1100 smoke eater provides hassle-free changing of filters. Simply pull out the old filters and install the new ones – no tools required! The OX1100 industrial air cleaner is backed by a 3-year warranty on all parts (except filters) for peace of mind.
