This unit does not clear out cigar smoke as well as I thought it would

Well worth the wait a delay in fulfilling the order and some damage from shipping but once I got things settled I love the result. I added some LED lights that do way more than I'll ever want or need but they add a nice effect to the cabinet. Also siloconed the plug into the back of the cabinet
Added the recommended humidifyer which works like a charm

I was super excited to find and buy the humidor. Finally a place to store all my cigars. It arrived on a Saturday. The delivery was inappropriate for the piece. One older guy with an old dolly that required me and my two neighbors to unload. Once unloaded I noticed the box was banged up with a few holes. I tried to decline it but the man could not put it back on the truck. I made note of the damaged box and opened it to find that the bottom front of the piece was scraped up pretty good. The door seal was okay and it seemed functional otherwise. The inside and shelving pieces are intact and there are a few areas where the cedar is discolored but doesn't appear to be mold or injury to the wood. I am hoping it is just because it is part of the wood grain. The dividers that go in the shelves have foam at the ends that peeled off when set in the shelves. It comes with 8 pegs for setting the shelves on but there are 4 pieces of shelving that can be set up, so had to get more from home depot. The plug did not fit flush and requires sealing with clear silicone caulking. With all that I can fix. The disappointing part is the response, I reported the damage and sent pictures the day of delivery and Daniel got back to me. I requested a discount of 400 dollars or we could look at shipping it back. Here it is December 1st and no resolution on the issue. I received an email back that they were contacting Federal Express and nothing after that. I did also contact Federal Express and they were not helpful in anyway. In a nut shell it's easier just to keep it and fix it myself then go through the trouble of packing it up and sending it back. The tardy response time to my request or some sort of compensation for the issue would have been nice. Info I would not recommend using this business to anyone and will not use in the future. I will go through quality importers or 1st class humidors. Too bad you have lost this customer

Does it come with lights
Olde English Humidor does not come with lights pre installed. You can purchase LED Strip lighting online and install it yourself. It is faily simple to install and the humidor has a plug to provide 110vac power to lights.

Is there anyway to order this humidor with a left hand door? I need the door to open opposite of the way it opens in the pictures.
Currently, Old English Tower only comes in 1 style as shown in picture.
