    Order Confirmation:

    After you place the order, we confirm with supplier for the availability of the product. Usually the product would be available and we will submit the order for shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the transaction and inform you via email.

    Order Shipment:

    Your order will ship within 5 business days after you places the order with us. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. Feel free to follow up with us at support@yourelegantbar.com

    Damages:

     Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (The Elegant Bar) your findings at support@yourelegantbar.com and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s) or refund.

    Cancellations & Refunds: 

    We will return the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Since we keep our prices so low, every order cancelled after 48 hours is subjected to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable). If the order was shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

    No returns allowed on custom furniture.

    EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS

    I have smoked cigars for over 30 years and never spent significant money on a humidor because I never found one that worked as well as Styrofoam coolers. Reagan- Temperature Regulated Humidor Cabinet has replaced my Styrofoam coolers and has exceeded my expectations. The unit is air tight like a refrigerator and maintains constant humidity. I am 110% satisfied.

    you get what you pay for

    Right off the bat it was packaged very well it took me about 30 minutes just to get it in the house and unpackaged what's unpackaged it was very well put together all I had to do was plug up the plug in the back and seal the hole and put weather stripping around the door it hold humidity very well but I was patient it took about a month and a half for it to level out around 68% with my cigar Oasis Magna 2 with no extra fans

    Buy it for the Humidor

    Bought this for overflow for quality AF and other expensive Cigars. Box is OK. Seasoning with 84% Boveda packs now. So too early to see if it seals well. As expected, the Hydrometer is an inaccurate piece of plastic junk, impossible to calibrate and unreliable. Tested it in a Daniel Marshall Humidor and it fails miserably, even after 2 salt tests and adjustments, today reading 90% Humidity in a 67% environment. Discarded this for a digital one to properly protect my cigars. Also discarded florist foam humidifier; these types never control humidity properly. They don't really control mold; as it almost always starts in the foam anyhow. Will put in 70% beads which you can buy "dry" , moisturize and save a bundle . These absorb and release moisture as needed to stabilize, unlike foam which only releases.

    Customer DISSERVICE

    Words cannot express how utterly disgusted I am by the disservice I’ve received from this company. My almost $2,000 investment in a humidor has pretty much gone up in smoke (pun intended). From the outset, I received a MALFUNCTIONING product and have spent the past 6-8 weeks, at minimum 35-40 email messages and hours upon hours of my time trying to get my humidor replaced. Instead, there is a convoluted plan, if you can call it that, to have a plumber or electrician attempt to fix this one. There are internal damages and external damages. Now I get to wait another 6 weeks or more of getting parts sent (with my luck they will be the wrong parts) to be installed by someone who has no experience fixing a humidor. I realize I am but one voice but consider what I’ve gone through before buying here. I wish I had taken my $2,000 and lit it on fire than go through this mess. Tell me, what ever happened to the saying, “the customer is always right”? The folks here have never heard these words before. I’m attaching a picture or two of the damage. The biggest problem are the electronics, which I can’t photograph. Too bad I. Ant attach a video: I have some great videos of the intense rumbling that comes out of this thing. As much as I love writing great reviews, I have gotten the shaft from yourelegantbar.com: glad I wasted my $2,000... Hopefully this will save someone else the same experience. As for their “warranty” — what a farce.
