After you place the order, we confirm with supplier for the availability of the product. Usually the product would be available and we will submit the order for shipment. In case of a backorder or if the product is unavailable we will void the transaction and inform you via email.
Your order will ship within 5 business days after you places the order with us. As soon as your product is on its way out of warehouse we will email you the tracking number for your shipment. Feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our suppliers take full responsibility for inspecting the products before shipment but in case the item(s) comes damaged to your door, please take notes while signing the shipment and take pictures and email us (The Elegant Bar) your findings at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will contact the suppliers regarding replacement item(s). Please do not through the packaging material away as the carrier might have to inspect the shipment to get a claim for damages.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We will return the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Since we keep our prices so low, every order cancelled after 48 hours is subjected to 20% (cost of product) processing fee + shipping (If applicable). If the order was shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.
