Words cannot express how utterly disgusted I am by the disservice I’ve received from this company. My almost $2,000 investment in a humidor has pretty much gone up in smoke (pun intended). From the outset, I received a MALFUNCTIONING product and have spent the past 6-8 weeks, at minimum 35-40 email messages and hours upon hours of my time trying to get my humidor replaced. Instead, there is a convoluted plan, if you can call it that, to have a plumber or electrician attempt to fix this one. There are internal damages and external damages. Now I get to wait another 6 weeks or more of getting parts sent (with my luck they will be the wrong parts) to be installed by someone who has no experience fixing a humidor. I realize I am but one voice but consider what I’ve gone through before buying here. I wish I had taken my $2,000 and lit it on fire than go through this mess. Tell me, what ever happened to the saying, “the customer is always right”? The folks here have never heard these words before. I’m attaching a picture or two of the damage. The biggest problem are the electronics, which I can’t photograph. Too bad I. Ant attach a video: I have some great videos of the intense rumbling that comes out of this thing. As much as I love writing great reviews, I have gotten the shaft from yourelegantbar.com: glad I wasted my $2,000... Hopefully this will save someone else the same experience. As for their “warranty” — what a farce.
